I got my start road racing in 2005, moving onto becoming an instructor after my “retirement” from road racing, once i grew tired of the road race scene, I tried Colin Edwards Texas Tornado Boot Camp for a weekend, I ended up becoming one of the very few lucky Flat Track riding instructors for Colin Edwards and his star studded crew. From there, I was talked into racing a hare scramble with some ex road race team mates and have never looked back, i love this sport.
I currently race the Vet pro class in our local TORCS (Texas offroad championship series) events throughout South Texas. Best overall year end finish of 2nd place 2 years in a row and a 3rd place overall finish for the 2018 season. As of March 1, 2019, I am in first place with the TORCS series and plan to keep that spot through the end of the season.
I raced the entire National Enduro Racing series in 2017, finishing the year with a class overall finish of 4th place.
I race sporadic GNCC cross country racing events each year, and will continue to race National Enduro races as time and locations permit.
In 2018 I was fortunate to be a part of the Patria Energy Baja 500 race team, we really look forward to racing again in 2019.
